Users toggle between individual inboxes or view combined messages. This feature simplifies tracking high-priority emails across work, personal, or freelance accounts.  

2. Customizable Color Tags for Account Differentiation  

To distinguish accounts instantly, Virgilio Mail - Email App assigns unique colors during setup. Open Account Settings, select a profile, and pick from a 12-color palette—for example, blue for Gmail, red for Outlook. These tags appear beside sender names and in folder lists, ensuring visual clarity. For instance, swipe right to delete spam instantly or left to flag a message for follow-up. 5. Integrated Address Book for Instant Recipient Suggestions  

When composing emails, Virgilio Mail - Email App auto-suggests contacts by syncing with your device’s address book. Tap the “+” button next to the recipient field to browse saved contacts. Frequent contacts appear at the top, reducing typing effort. This feature also supports manual entry for non-saved addresses, balancing speed and flexibility.  

6. Conversation Threads for Clutter-Free Inboxes  

Activate conversation grouping via Display Settings to cluster related emails (replies, forwards) into expandable threads.
